Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I failed to pay a ticket in 2011 for speeding, became aware in 2013 that my license was suspended. I went to court and sent in monthly payments and recieved my license again. In 2015 i got pulled over for speeding and was told that my license was suspended for failure to pay that 2011 ticket again. I went in person to pay it off this time then went to the DMV and was told I have to have a hearing to get my licesne back becofore 2016. I have court on Monday October 5th for two DWLR non impaired tickets I recieved since finding out mu license was again suspended. I am on probation with a 3 year old daughter and can not get a violation, what can I plea to?

After everything you have described - you still haven't learned that you are not capable of handling this yourself in a way that doesn't screw you further. Hire an attorney before you make this any worse than you already have. Can't afford one you might say? You can't afford not to have one! Shop around for the lowest flat rate fee in your local area. You don't need F.Lee Bailey for a traffic ticket, just someone who knows more about traffic law than you do. Best of luck!
