Felony Expugement
I was falsley convicted of felony embexellment by fiduciary in N.C. in 1987 . Can this be expunged from my record.

You need to direct that question to a North Carolina attorney, if the crime was prosecuted in that state. Were it a Florida case, a conviction would prevent an expungement.
