Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
Forgery
I am deployed to Iraq, i have been seperated from my wife for over a year, she gained acess to a checkbook of mine, with an account that is only in my name, and is writing checks to herself and signing my name she has done this for over 1100 dollars in the past week please help.

You should be able to recoup any money she took from your personal account since you are legally separated. This is also a criminal matter and should be turned over to a magistrate. If you would like to discuss this further you can contact me at [email protected].
