Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I just found out I have a warrant in virginia that is seven years old. I didn't know about it until a few days ago when I applied for a job and an NCIC report was generated. I live in North Carolina. What should I do?
I have contacted the magistrate in virginia and spoken to a bail bondsman. I told the magistrate that I would be there on the 28th to handle this matter.

What do you mean what should you do? It appears you already did it. By calling the magistrate you may end up taking care of this before the 28th if you know what I mean.
