Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
Hello, my friend is attempting to convince police I have child-porn (I know I don't). He says he has witnesses to say that I showed them sort of picture. If they do decide to tell, can police search my Ipad or cell-phone?

Sure if they have a warrant or if you are stupid enough to consent to the search.
