Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
If im growing marijuana in my house in nc, if i got caught and if my landlord is a relative but dosent know im growing will it effect them in any way

It may affect the relative. The District Attorney could argue that your landlord/relative knew of the operation and was involved. There is also a criminal staute concerning "maintianing a habitation for the manufature of...." It could be argued that your landlord is guilty of this if he/she had knowledge.
It is not advisable to grow any illegal substance in NC.
