Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

A guy asked me to come get 200 dollars to try and get him some heroin and I said I would try but I got robbed in the process now he is threatening me about taking me with a larceny charge I have all the text still on my phone can he do that

Sure he can do it but if you have texts it is likely you will both get into criminal legal trouble. So you can use a sort of ghetto, petty criminal version of MAD (mutually assured destruction) to encourage him not to file false charges because he'd just be going down with you. Stop engaging in stupid crap like this and you likely won't have to worry about this kind of petty drama. Also, in the future it'd likely be a good idea not to admit to crimes on a public forum either. Best of luck!
