Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

i've been on house arrest since sept.15 2011,secheduled to come off in 6 months,march 15 2012,she she violated me on feb 3 2012,my hearing in april 18 2012.do my probation officer have the wright to keep me on house arrest well passed my termination date...my probation is up in august,but i supposed to been off house arrest 2 weeks ago..and my next appt. with her is april 10..
