Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

Hello

i have a huge issue with my ex girlfriend

she's pushed me to the point where i have no other option

ill spare the details on her cheating thats not the issue

we've had this long conflict the past few days

she likes to post horrible statuses on Facebook that make people dislike me to a point to where i feel unsafe

so i got tired of it and got her Facebook and deleted it (wrong on my part, she's got on my Facebook as well though everyday for 2 months)

the only thing that bugs me is whats she told me

i have screen shots of her threatening to break every window on my subaru and destroy the paint

she virtually harasses me with posts that make me feel like I'm going to be in danger

and she's physically told me if i ever made her mad enough she would make sure she hurt me in some way.

She filed to have a restraining order on me today

which is fine i accept that

but id like to get one back on her

and file for threats against property damage if possible

id say threats again me as well

but i haven't been able to find those messages yet

she stole a pair of $200 ray bans from me as well

but seriously doubt i can do anything about that

i would just like them back

anyways get back to me

Dude, seriously? If she's your ex - what's the conflict - a few FaceBook posts about how lame you are? So as I understand it - you're scared of a girl and her FaceBook posts? Please tell me that you at the very least have some inkling of how incredibly effeminate that is and that by your post here you're kinda making her point for her? You don't need legal advice - you need to buy a new pair of Ray-Bans, man up and move on. A couple of years in the Army or the Marine Corps might not be a bad idea either. Good luck to you.
