Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
imin a criminal case here in Guilford County NC. the district attorney and judge want me to accept this plea bargain so that the fact that they have nothing on me and due to their technical mistake is a good possibility i could get off. they put up a plea bargain advised me due to more charges i gained they would be giving an alternative plea bargain. when the new bargain was given it wasnt' revised at all. and my particular case is being rushed.c along. charges that were originally large are being twisted and in my history, i don't do well with probation and it appears to be noless than 2yrs probation a trap set for my failure please helpdue to be in court in less than 9 hrs.. all assitance will be appreciated

Presumably you have a court appointed or public defender or your own attorney. If you do, follow their advice. If you don't, there is no way to help you - you'll just have to wing it and likely screw things up badly. Best of luck.
