The short answer is jail time! 'Molly'? Seriously? No one hip calls it that any more! Its MDMA, X or Ecstasy. Even in its powdered form traditionally referred to in the US as Molly (that most dum dums believe is some how more 'pure') is now usually just refered to as X or Ecstasy. There's no distinction between possession and using because logically you have to possess to use. In North Carolina, MDMA is categorized as a Schedule I substance and conviction of possession of ANY amount is a Class H felony. There are many factors that affect sentencing but if you are convicted suffice to say - you could go to jail.
