In a manner of speaking, yes. For example, if you are charged with a Class 3 Misdemanor, facing only a fine, case time, about 15 minutes, the attorney charge, say, oh... $50.00. Now, if your are charged with murder and afre going to jury trial, the attorney will have to charge much more thatn for a Class 3 M. However, no matter what the fee charged, the attorney must zealously represent his client. In that sense, the answer is no, an attorney's fee does not determine the level of representation. They must provide the best representation they possibly can regardless of the fee.
