Can a military service member receive BAH and also collect money to pay a mortgage, which is the reason he is receiving the BAH? Also, what is the legality of him pointing a pistol, after cocking it, at an unarmed tenant?

Can a military service member receive BAH and also collect money to pay a mortgage? When you say 'collect money to pay a mortgage' - I assume you mean rent. Likely this is fine.
What is the legality of him pointing a pistol, after cocking it, at an unarmed tenant? Depends on the circumstances. Generally, speaking without proper justification it would be a crime.
