Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

Misdemeanor

I have 2 misdmeanors on my criminal background. One 20 years ago selling beer to an underage person at a convenience store and one 10 years ago soliciting against nature. They are stopping me from getting employment. Is there anyway they could be removed since it has been this length of time

Well, in all honesty I think only 1 of them is preventing you from getting a job, unless you are trying to get a job at a convenience store. You could ask (apply) for a pardon, and remote possibility of getting an expungement of your record.
