Misdemeanor record

I was convicted of 4 counts of Employment Security Commission Fraud approx 10 years ago. Monies owed have been paid in full. Complete restitution was made 3 yrs ago and I was released from probation. Can this record be expunged?

Re: Misdemeanor record

Here in Connecticut, a person may apply to have their record erased, 5 years after their most recent felony conviction or 3 years after their most recent misdemeanor conviction. Each state has different rules on how to get a record erased, the state where the conviction ocurred is the state where you must apply. If your convictions were in Connecticut, feel free to contact me to discuss applying for a pardon.
