Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
In NC in Feb 07, my friend was charged with felony DEL/SELL SCHEDULE II Class G and in May 07 charged with POSSESS WITS SCHEDULE II Class H and MAINT ANY PLACE CONTR SUB Class I (3 yrs probation). In May 08 in GA, charged with MAINT ANY PLACE CONTR SUB (7 counts) with 5 yrs probation. He has been working since 08 with no other violations and his employer has provided letters of good faith in 2009 and 2010. He has a court date in NC in Jul 2010 for NC charges in 07 including DWLR and ficticious info to officer (6 charges). What could the outcome of the court date in NC?
