Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

In North Carolina. I was advised by court appointed attorney I would get probation for assault on gov't official, disorderly conduct and 2 simple assault charges. Is this accurate?

Seems like a sweet deal depending on the circumstances! Sentencing is always up to the judge but if your court appointed attorney has a negotiated plea deal in place, there should be no reason to doubt his or her word about it.
