parol from north carolin to ohio

My son nee to know if he can have his parol in ohio . becase wva will not let him see his kid. he did a ple agree

ment for something he didn't do but the he only thing he could do . an now he paying for it big time. in north carolina . there 6 chargers all made up by his wife cousen an all here said but the law wanted to dill i said finght it but he dill so he could be with his small kids let me know

Depends on what he was convicted of. He could request NC transfer his parole to Ohio if Ohio was willing to assume it. Does he have Ohio connections? Job? The short answer is maybe.
