Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

my picture was in the newspaper for a drug charge and i nave not been arrested! is this fair or legal? I have not been arrested or have they been to my house.

Most of the time you are charged - then arrested. So if you haven't been arrested, you likely will be soon. Consider your picture in the paper a heads up - most people don't get warning of a pending arrest.
