I am the plaintiff the defendant is charged with communicating a threat and assault with a deadly weapon changes the car she committed the crimes with with a new car does that make a difference in the case

Your question makes zero sense. If this is a criminal case, then you are not a 'plaintiff'. As to whether the crime being committed with a new car makes any difference - maybe, we'd need more information.
