prayer for judgment
i recently received a citation for misdemeanor marijuana posession and parafernalia in North Carolina. i am 21 yrs old and htis is my very first offense ever. is asking for a prayer for judgment a reasonable action to take? i am also in no position to obtain an attorney at this time
