probation violation
I live in va. I have a probation violation in nc. If nc told va not to extradite me, will I be arrested if I go to nc? Nc said my probation is inactive

You could be arrested in North Carolina if in fact you have a warrant outstanding there for your arrest. (If you call the local court where the probation violation occurred or the local law enforcement agency which executes such warrants, they should be able to tell you whether such an arrest warrant exists in their database.)
