Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

if if put a family members vehicle in my name to help them get it, and it is then used or involved in a crime can there be any consequences for me?

If your family member implicates you as part fo the crime or the District Attorney believes you assisted you could be charged. be prepared to hire effective counsel if either of these happen.
