Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I have recently been charged with under age drinking
I have told my probation officer about the charges (underage drinking,open container) she didnt seem to care, but what will happen in court ive been doing good i have a job and have to pay restitution for another matter.

Lawyer up. Its not worth the trouble. Get an attorney to evaluate all of the specifics of your probation and the new charge so you can get the best outcome. It could be the PO acts like it is no big deal now but then shows up the Court and changes her tune.
