Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I was recently charged with minor in possession of alcohol on school campus. It was found in my locker after somebody made an anonymous phone call to the front office. The alcohol was NOT mine & i don't know how it got in there, another girl had access to my locker, but the administrator said that i had to have seen the can when in fact i did not see it when going into my locker. I have no previous criminal record and i have never been suspended from school up until now. I would like to know the possible outcome of this case.
