Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I recently got a misdemeanor larceny charge and my lawyer told me to pay the $150 to the store's lawyers that they asked for and pay him $300 and he will get the charged voluntarily dismissed, to where I dont have to go to court or worry about anything. Im wondering if its possible to do it without a lawyer then I can save myself $300. Help me? Thanks.
