Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

I have serveral unpaid driving tickets mainly for dwlr my licens are suspended indefintaly how would I go about asking the D.A to drop some if not all of my unpaid parking fines so I could get my licens? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thnks

You need to be very careful how you handle those matters. A DWLR conviction or any other moving violation during a period of revocation will further revoke your license. You should obtain a copy of your driving record and have an attorney review it. If all of your unpaid tickets are in one county it will be easier to resolve. I highly doubt a DA will drop all of your outstanding matters, because in effect that would be rewarding you for not coming to court in the first place, but they will likely drop some charges in exchange for guilty pleas in others.
