Is there a similar procedure under North Carolina law where one could obtain post conviction relief similar to rule 35 fed crim pro rule?

There is a catch all Motion for Appropriate Relief. Generally, you would need to show that some sort of mistake or error was made or that the Motion is in the interest of fair administration of justice.
