simple assault
dont know if i should say im quilty it was a fight all i did was pull her hair she hit me in the face with her fist

Who struck first? Self defense may be plausible defense. Generally, you can meet force with equal force.
Probably goes away once it goes to court unless you have a history of this kind of thing.
