Simple Assualt
What will happen with the charge Simple Assualt pending against me? If found gulity what is the worst that could happen as far as punishment wise.

Simple assault is a class 2 misdemeanor. Depending upon your criminal record, the absolute worst punishment you could receive is 60 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.00. However, that is the worst case scenario and probably not likely.
