Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
My son has prior convictions such as, domestic, DUI, driving without license, and child support. He has done some time for some of this, only to get back in trouble again and is now on probation. He has a job now and afraid if he has to go to jail he will lose his job. He violated his probation and the amount he owes is about $900. He is in so deep that we don't know what to do. He is finally working and he has 3 children, he needs his job. We need some advise as to what to do. He is facing charges now for violating probation, a driving without a license (3 years old) and domestication.
Please advise.Thanks.
