How can my son get his record expunged of felony charges in North Carolina? Below is a list of everything on his record
Class G second degree Burglary 9/4/01
Class I Misd B & E 9/5/01
Which he has paid restitution and completed probation.
DWI Levels 1,2 &4 he has served his time and was released in 08

If he was under the age of 18 at the time of conviction then there is a process, but if not, then no expungement.
