Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I got stopped in Charlotte north Carolina with a half a joint of weed I thought it was a fine but they want me to appear in court I dont know what's going on.

What do you mean you don't know what's going on? 'Weed' is illegal. And even if it weren't, it isn't something you should have in your car. Go hire a criminal defense attorney in the area where you are to appear in court. And stop smoking weed.
