Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
Someone have been tampering with my mail.How can I recieve 1 piece of mail on Saturday and go to box on Sunday and find 3 more pieces of mail?When I studied law, I learned that mail tampering was a crime.Can you help me out here? Only me and the mail carrier have keys.Who else have a key to my box?

The more logical explanation would be that you checked your mail on Saturday before the carrier delivered Saturdays mail resulting in mail you were not expecting on Sunday. Also, while exceptionally rare, there is sometimes Sunday delivery. Besides, it isn't tampering for you to receive mail that is addressed to you. Tampering would be your mail being stolen or opened without your permission. Perhaps you should discuss it with the carrier.
