If you plead guilty - you will most likely receive punishment consistent with your prioer record and the statute. If you plead not guilty - you will have a trial and you will most likely receive punishment consistent with your prior record and the statute. Go see an experienced criminal defense attorney who may be able to work out an agreement with an Assistant District Attorney that will keep this off your record.
