Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I have a underage drinking ticket that I have to appear in court for two weeks from now. I have never been convicted of a crime but I have a pending DUI and a pending simple assault charge. Can I qualify for the first offender's program in nc?

Each prosecutor's office has different conditions. You need to ask an attorney in the county where you are charged.
