vehilcular assult with the intent to kill
I was hit on my motorcycle and drag for several miles.The guy that hit me keep going the police had to pull him over.When he was pulled over he said that he was mad at the traffick.from my research
I gather that the charge should be ''with the intent to murder''

Well, unfortunately you don't have much control over what particular criminal charges, if any, the district attorney brings.
