Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

Obviously they are trying to refill your Rx to make money. They are after all a pharmacy that makes money by filling and refilling Rx's. Walgreens is a reputable company (or at least as reputable as any American company) if they are sending you notifications for a refill it is likely perfectly legal. So if it is a matter that you just don't don't like the notifications well, in short - that's just too bad. All you can likely really do about it is block them or tell them not to contact you (an opt-out sort of thing) or you could just switch to CVS (of course they send notifications too) or just ignore the notifications like all the other junk message you likely get? Or if you want, maybe you could fill out a complaint card. Walgreens is a multi-billion dollar company and if you think you are going to get Walgreens in trouble for the practice of sending notifications for refills or even get them to stop the practice - your odds of success are less than slim and none. I wish I had better news but this is capitalist 'merica. There ain't many viable ways to avoid US companies being in your face 24/7 to buy their crap.
