Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I work at a low end hotel and did a friend a favor and provided them with a room for the night ...however my boss got win of it and wants to charge me with a felony .. The room cost 67.79. A night can he charge me with a felony

Unfortunately, what you did is embezzelment, you took property entrusted by you to the employer and gave it away. Whether the District Attorney wants to press charges is another matter.
