Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
When I was younger I was molested. The person 'Michael Pyatt' of Logan County, WV. Was later convicted of 28 (approximately ) counts of molestation ect... he pled guilty to one count and served a couple years. ..... sad...... can I send him to prison? I was not included in the original lawsuit. So, can we send this pedophile back to hell?

From a technical standpoint, no - you can not send him to prison or hell because you do not have the authority to do so. Only a Judge can send someone to prison and I'm not even sure there is a hell but if there is, it is very, very likely you (or any other person for that matter) has the power to send someone there or you would have already done it. Also, the word 'lawsuit' is typically used to describe civil cases. So when you say you were not included in the original 'lawsuit' do you mean you were not included in the original criminal charges or a subsequent civil case? If you were not included in the original criminal charges it may be possible to bring those charges now. You will have at least two major hurdles: 1) proof / evidence issues and 2) a possible statues of limitations problem. Best of luck to you! .
