Legal Question in Discrimination Law in North Carolina

My neighbor is a retired police officer. I feel like she is having her police buddies harass me because, we are not good neighbors. I think she has complained several times to the county and have police follow me 1-2 miles back to my house. They have even set up check points on my neighborhood main street. What can I do?

Best bet is to gather evidence to prove your allegations. Once you are able to do this, go to the chief of police and file a complaint.
