Wrongfully Terminated
Is it ok for the wife, who's husband I slept with, terminate me for sleeping with her husband if she found out about it.

Generally speaking, NC is an employment at will state, meaning the boss can usually terminate you for any reason except for one based on race, age, etc... Yes, the wife could probably terminate you for sleeping with her husband.
