2nd dwi- seatbelt violation
Pulled for 2nd Dwi in past 3 years, for seatbelt, even though it was on, have to student teach soon, what is the possible outcome of the trial?

a 2nd DWI within 3 years of a first will talke your license for 4 years, there is a slight possibility that the court won't know about your first one and you wouldn't have to volunteer the information, i'd recommend getting a lawyer
