My 17 year old son got a dui citation this weekend he blew under the legal limit. what can we expect at court.

I need to talk to your son. In what county is his court case set? What is the court date? Has your son had any other dwi charges? This time he was probably charged with driving while drinking under the age of 21.

What did your son blow at the station? Was your son involved in an accident? Did he have any passengers under the age of 16 with him?
