Legal Question in DUI Law in North Carolina

4 yrs and6 mos ago i got my second dui in new jersey and my 4th driving while suspended and lost my licsense for 4 yr -6 mos.now i live in nc . as a father and husband it is the biggest mistake i could have made and i get that. because of not being able to drive i was forced to take a huge cut in pay and have hard time just paying my bills and the basics.i have not paid one dime on my fines i did do the comunity service but also did not do the 15 days of idrc because i could not afford the 150$a day it costs.well there it is i am a 40 yrold man and my folks have seen a change in the way i live my life and are willing to fund some of the moneyto pay off my fines is there any way to get the ball rolling and i do have a awsome job lined up and wating but canttake it without a licsense and that job would allow me to pay the fines sooner
