what happens if you are given a dwi while on a restricted license? i blew a .04 which is what my restriction was.

you will be charged no operator's license if you violate the restriction of .04. hard to be charged with dwi with a blow of .04. With a violation of a restriction dmv will revoke your license for an additional year. Please call me at 919 688-1941 with any questions. Marcus Hill
