Legal Question in DUI Law in North Carolina
I have a dwi in the state of N.C.from a while ago ....due to things that happened I had to move to ny..before I left nc the case got adjorned 12 times ..now I am trying to take care of it now ..and it again got adjorned ....is there any law in nc that says you can only adjorn .a case so many times before it is thorn out
