Legal Question in DUI Law in North Carolina
Provisional DWI: No defendant signature
I recently received what the officer called a Provisional DWI (I am under 21 and was driving, but not legally drunk, I blew a 0.06). The officer put down 2:00 PM instead of AM and also did not get my signature at the right bottom of the citation. I was wondering if this will allow the citation to be dismissed or if I could get it reduced at all.

Not errors that would lead to dismissal, but a plea is always an option.
