Legal Question in DUI Law in North Carolina
Question... I was charged for DWI in 2000. I hired a local attorney to handle case. He was working on case and had case continued. The court charged me with Failure to appear and DMV has suspended licenses indefinitely. Since the attorney has retired. I really need my licenses for Job and family. Conviction will terminate my employment and be big issue. I have no tickets in last 10 years. Do I have any recourse or chances with this case?
