Legal Question in Education Law in North Carolina
If my daughter withdrew from a college, but her advisor had signed her up for a class that she was not aware that she needed to cancel, should she have to pay for that class since she was not enrolled at that college. She was enrolled at another college at the time.

If she did nothing to enroll in the class, then no, she should not be liable. If she started the enrollment, authorized the advisor to do so, or at her school the policy is for the advisor to do so after consulting the student, then your daughter may be liable.
